The ZynqBerryZero is a SoC module with integrated AMD Zynq™ 7010 FPGA and the form factor of the Raspberry Pi Zero. Furthermore, the 3 x 6.5 cm small board is equipped with 512 MByte DDR3L SDRAM, 16 MByte Flash and various connectors, such as two microUSB connectors, a micro SD card slot, a mini HDMI and a CSI-2 connector (camera).
All parts are at least commercial temperature range of 0°C to +70°C. The module operating temperature range depends on customer design and cooling solution. Please contact us for options.
